As the first point of contact, you will represent the company in a positive and welcoming manner while ensuring smooth office operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities Front Desk Management Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly Communication & Coordination Manage emails, courier services, and all incoming/outgoing correspondence Provide accurate information and direct visitors or callers to the appropriate department or staff member Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments efficiently Administrative Support Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and daily logs Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing Support HR and administrative teams during employee onboarding or office events Customer Service & Office Support Handle client or visitor inquiries with professionalism and care Ensure office supplies are monitored and replenished when required Provide support in maintaining general office order and assisting other staff as needed Compliance & Safety Follow company policies and procedures regarding visitor access and office security Handle emergency calls and follow safety protocols when necessary Qualifications & SkillsEducation Minimum 12th pass in any discipline preferred (not mandatory) Experience 1 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a customer-facing role preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Attention to detail with problem-solving skills High level of punctuality, discipline, and responsibility Job Type: Full-time, On-site Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad Salary: As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)
