data-driven Performance Marketer

You’ll work directly with our creative and tech teams to scale campaigns that bring qualified leads for our study abroad, visa, and B2B partnership funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.

• Set up advanced

  conversion tracking

  through Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and API integrations.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximize

  ROAS & CPL efficiency.

• Create & test ad copies, creatives, and landing page funnels in collaboration with the design team.
• Build and analyze campaign performance dashboards using data insights.
• Conduct A/B tests to identify best-performing ad sets and creatives.
• Coordinate with automation & CRM teams (GoHighLevel, n8n, Google Sheets) for proper lead flow.
• Stay updated on new digital trends, targeting strategies, and ad policy changes.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in

  Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Ads Manager

  ,

  Google Ads

  , and

  Analytics

  .
• Strong understanding of

  conversion funnels

  ,

  UTM tracking

  , and

  audience segmentation

  .
• Experience in

  education, visa, or consulting industry

  is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and creative testing.
