Attending phone calls, visitors, managing appointments, Fluency in Engilsh, Marathi & Hindi speaking.

Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Phone Management:Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate person.Provide information to callers as needed.Appointment Management:Schedule and manage appointments for staff members.Maintain accurate appointment calendars.Confirm appointments and provide reminders.Administrative Support:Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Maintain office supplies and inventory.Perform basic data entry and filing tasks.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Visitor Management:Maintain a visitor log.Issue visitor passes as required.Ensure visitor security protocols are followed.Communication:Act as a liaison between visitors, callers, and staff.Provide accurate and timely information.Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
