Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Greeting and welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

2. Organize incoming and outgoing mail/Calls

3. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

4. Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

5. Coordinate for meetings and appointments.

6. Monitoring & managing office boys/ housekeeping /Driver staff . Allocating them work as per requirement

7. Taking care of Inward & Outward courier & maintaining their records in register.

8. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes ,Stationery management.

9. Making travel plans for Managerial Staff/Partners.

10. Looking after Insurance renewal & other AMCs.

11. Keep updated records of office assets.

12. Manage the calendar of partner.

13. Coordinating with staff and partners regularly regarding schedule.

14. Other work assigned by partners

15. Taking notes and dictation of emails and notes required by partners

16. Manage the mail box of Partners.
