Rebaca Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading technology solutions provider, delivering advanced test automation and software engineering services to global clients.Role are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Automation Framework Engineer to join the Rebaca team. In this senior role, you will provide technical leadership in developing, deploying, and supporting an automation framework. You'll drive architectural decisions, act as a subject matter expert for networking and 5G protocol automation, and work hands-on with LangChain, MCP server-based solutions, and cutting-edge AI technologies as we move our product towards a future-ready, AI-powered automation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of the framework modules using Java (Spring), Python, and advanced AI/analytics features.
- Architect and manage framework deployments on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and VM environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows using LangChain tool chaining and MCP server-based solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex troubleshooting and escalations related networking, and 5G protocol automation.
- Integrate and maintain REST APIs to enable seamless automation workflows.
- Utilize Copilot and augment AI tools extensively for test automation, diagnostics, RCA, and process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and 5G engineering teams to define automation strategies, ensure comprehensive protocol coverage, and optimize test processes.
- Identify automation gaps and proactively drive implementation of new features, particularly those leveraging AI for RCA, fail trend analysis, bot support, and innovative automation orchestration.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, architectural designs, and user guides.

- Demonstrate technical leadership and initiative in all aspects of automation framework development and support.
- Proactively leverage Copilot, augment AI tools, Lang Chain, and MCP server-based automation to enhance productivity, automation intelligence, and RCA capabilities.
- Identify and resolve complex issues, making architectural decisions and trade-offs as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, 5G technologies, networking protocols, and automation best practices, applying them within the PATS ecosystem.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and influence outcomes across global engineering teams.
- Lead by example, upholding Rebaca's and Cisco's values and promoting a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in automation frameworks and test infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise with Copilot, augment AI tools, Lang Chain tool chaining, and MCP server-based solutions in the context of automation (mandatory).
- Strong programming skills in both Java (preferably Spring framework) and Python.
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Proven track record deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes and virtualized environments.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with SQLite or similar databases.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and 5G protocol stack (e.g., 3GPP standards, core and radio interfaces, signalling flows).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cisco networking products, platforms, or tools (added advantage).
- Experience with DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).
- Experience with AI/analytics integration within automation frameworks.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
- Added advantage: Experience or interest in future-focused AI automation trends such as autonomous test orchestration, natural language interfaces, self-healing systems, proactive issue resolution, cross-platform intelligence, AI-driven insights, adaptive learning, and scalable AI infrastructure.
