Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Time Analyst located in Gandhinagar. The Real Time Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing workforce data, managing workforce and staffing levels, communicating with team members, and utilizing eWFM tools to ensure operational efficiency. The Real Time Analyst will help to maintain optimal staffing levels to meet service delivery goals.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills
Experience in Workforce Management and Workforce Planning
Effective Communication skills
Proficiency with eWFM tools
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
