Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Noida. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, providing market analysis, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining close client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to identify new sales opportunities and a thorough understanding of real estate market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
• Active Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate regulations
• Experience in Real Property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
