* Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to attract potential property buyers and investors.
* Utilize digital platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.) and offline methods (events, cold calling, referrals) to generate quality leads.
* Build and manage a lead pipeline, ensuring constant flow of qualified prospects to the sales team.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design customer acquisition funnels and improve lead conversion rates.
* Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and ROI.
* Maintain a database of leads in CRM and ensure proper categorization, follow-up, and tracking.
* Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
