We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, skilled in building relationships, and eager to help clients achieve their property goals. As a Sales Professional, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, leveraging market expertise and our cutting-edge tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate pricing and investment insights.
• Guide clients through property transactions, including negotiations, contracts, and closings.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one within 3 months).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
