About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to manage a group of sales executives and drive real estate sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team targets.

• Client Handling: Call, meet, and follow up with clients to understand their property requirements and offer suitable options.

• Training & Development: Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to improve the team’s product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Performance Monitoring: Track daily sales activities, follow-up reports, and ensure target achievement.

• Deal Closure: Assist team members in negotiations and closing high-value deals when required.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on new and upcoming real estate projects, competitors, and market trends.

• Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth flow of leads and client satisfaction.

• Client Query Resolution: Ensure all client queries are handled quickly and professionally.

• Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with senior management.
