## **Job Description:**
## **Key Responsibilities:**
* Convert qualified leads provided by NoBroker into successful property sales.
* Conduct property visits and explain property details to customers.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and property owners.
* Handle negotiations and close deals.
* Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
* Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience.
## **Required Qualifications:**
* Strong knowledge of the Chennai real estate market.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* **Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.**
