About the Role:

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage residential sales projects from site acquisition to possession, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct property visits to assess market trends and provide insights on commercial leasing opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate deals.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (commercial leasing, property management).
Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and regulations.
