Real Estate Sales Executive – Residential & Commercial Real Estate Sales Location: Wakad, Pune Industry: Real Estate Consultancy Department: Sales & Operations Experience: 1+ Years in Real Estate Sales ( preferred only Real estate consultancy experience in Pune west location Baner to Ravet ) Salary: Competitive + Incentives About Us: We are a rapidly growing real estate consultancy firm, aggressively working to connect homebuyers with the best residential properties in Pune. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive for our Wakad branch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Call to prospects customers and conduct visits in Pune west location 2. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 3. Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide guidance on the buying process. 4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure a smooth sales process. 5. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 6. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies. 8. Achieve stated targets on time 9. Prepare sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 10. Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and goals. Requirements: Proven experience in residential real estate sales and team handling (minimum 1 years ). Strong local market knowledge of Pune, especially Wakad and surrounding areas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a team by example and maintain a high-energy work culture. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
