Pune Property Guide, under the leadership of Realtor Sagar Lendwe, is a reputed name in Pune’s real estate market with over 16 years of experience and a strong online presence of 1.3 lakh+ YouTube subscribers. We specialize in marketing premium real estate projects, primarily in Pune’s IT hubs like Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad, and Prabhat Road.

We are looking for a Creative and Result-Oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our passionate team. This role demands expertise in design, editing, social media, and paid marketing campaigns — especially for the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs, creatives, and video edits using Adobe Pro (Premiere/Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage and schedule social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and content team to ensure branding and messaging consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & real estate-specific marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate domain experience is mandatory).
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and graphic designing.

• campaign creation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies.
