Real Estate Sales Executive — Residential & Commercial Brokerage (On-site, India)

Primary title (standardized): Real Estate Sales Executive

We operate in the Indian real-estate brokerage and property-distribution sector, focused on residential and commercial property sales across urban and emerging micro-markets. This is an on-site, field-sales role for a high-activity sales team focused on closing deals, building client relationships, and driving market share in local territories.Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and close property transactions to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and grow a personal pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, developer liaison, channel partners, and walk-ins; convert high-intent leads into booked customers.
  • Conduct on-site client presentations and guided property tours, showcasing features, pricing, and payment plans to close deals effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth documentation, payment collection, and handover.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update deal progress, and prepare sales reports/forecasts for regional managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and local stakeholders to source exclusive inventory and priority leads.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–4 years of proven field sales experience in real estate, property broking, or related B2C sales roles with consistent target achievement.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills; comfortable conducting multiple on-site visits per day.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and basic MS Office for reporting.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and regional language(s); ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within assigned territories; flexible for weekend site visits.

Preferred

  • Experience selling across residential and/or commercial segments; prior relationships with local developers or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with property documentation, booking processes, and finance options (home loans, developer schemes).
