Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Maintain and expand a database of potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and client inquiries.

2. Client Engagement

  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Educate clients on available property options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

3. Property Presentation

  • Schedule and conduct site visits with clients to showcase property locations.
  • Provide comprehensive information about properties, including pricing, amenities, legal documentation, and location benefits.
  • Emphasize the unique selling points of each property to enhance appeal.

4. Sales Process Management

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally and ethically.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify market demands and preferences.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports to management.
