Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Field Sales Executive / Property Advisor who thrives on-ground — managing site visits, client interactions, and closures with a sharp eye for opportunity and presentation. ResponsibilitiesConduct client meetings, property visits, and on-site recce. Pitch Dhyaan’s exclusive listings across Navi Mumbai. Maintain leads and follow-ups via CRM. Coordinate with builders and in-house marketing for campaigns. Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets. RequirementsPrior experience in real estate sales preferred (1–3 years). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Smart personality with strong local market knowledge. Own vehicle and smartphone.
