Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Channel Partner Intern to

support our sales and business development teams. This internship offers hands-on

experience in the real estate lifecycle, from lead generation and client consultation to

supporting deal closures and channel partner management. The ideal candidate is

an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for real

estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Assist in identifying potential clients

through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Client Consultation & Site Visits: Connect with prospective clients to

understand their property needs and preferences, suggesting appropriate real

estate options. Arrange and occasionally conduct property site visits.

  • Sales Support: Actively assist the sales team in negotiations, preparing

proposals, and managing documentation to facilitate smooth deal closures.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to

stay updated on current real estate trends, property values, and new project

launches.

  • CRM Management: Accurately document client and partner interactions,

feedback, and follow-ups using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.• Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in creating engaging content

and executing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email) to

promote properties.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing,

Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal

skills.

  • An energetic, "go-getter" personality with a high level of drive and the ability to

work in a target-driven environment.

  • Basic knowledge of real estate operations and market dynamics is a plus, but

not required (can be taught on the job).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity

with CRM software is preferred.

  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for client and site visits may be

required depending on location.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and

collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
