Job Role: Real Estate Process Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and ensure timely updates.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
Experience in sales or real estate process within a BPO setup is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency.
