Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales process for residential real estate projects, from lead generation to closing
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely payments
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and informed on industry trends
• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, and operations) to support sales objectives
• Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all sales regulations and company policies
• Guide and support the sales team in daily operations and performance improvement

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on real estate
• Proven success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
