We are looking to hire a Receptionist for our front desk at Aditya World City. Reception & Visitor Management – Greet and assist visitors/customers with professionalism and a warm demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. 2. Walk-in Handling & Documentation – Maintain proper visitor entry in the register and system, assign walk-in customers to DST, and ensure seamless tracking. 3. Communication & Presentation – Maintain fluent English communication, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. 4. Office Supervision & Maintenance – Oversee office cleanliness, ambiance, and overall upkeep for a well-organized, presentable workspace. 5. HR Coordination – Ensure prior intimation to HR before rejoining after leave and assist in maintaining attendance records. 6. Call & Communication Management – Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism, directing them to the right departments. 7. Security & Compliance – Monitor visitor movement, follow security protocols, and ensure confidentiality of office information. 8. Courier & Mail Handling – Receive, dispatch, and maintain records of couriers and official correspondence. 9. Professional Appearance & Conduct – Maintain a well-groomed, presentable personality with a confident and polite attitude, reflecting the company’s professional image.
