Job Title: Receptionist and Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Administrative Duties: Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Provide support for meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
