We are seeking an experienced Project Construction Head to oversee all aspects of construction from residential to commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring high-quality standards, timely completion, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end construction activities across multiple residential and commercial sites. Develop and execute construction strategies, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks. Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contractor management. Implement best practices for construction methodologies and site operations. Lead and mentor site engineers, project managers, and technical teams. Report project status to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in real estate/construction. Proven track record in managing large-scale residential and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
