Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Project Manager based in Delhi, India, and project site in Narendra Nagar, Rishikesh Uttarakhand. The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing real estate development projects from inception to completion. Key tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Real Estate Development skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Real Estate
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage project teams
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in real estate development
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience in luxury real estate projects is a plus
