Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Project Manager based in Delhi, India, and project site in Narendra Nagar, Rishikesh Uttarakhand. The Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing real estate development projects from inception to completion. Key tasks include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading project teams. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Real Estate Development skills Experience in Budgeting and Real Estate Excellent Communication skills Ability to lead and manage project teams Knowledge of regulatory compliance in real estate development Bachelor's degree in related field Experience in luxury real estate projects is a plus

REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or wellness center would be given a preference. However, freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Should be flexible to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the operational requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Greet and welcome all spa guests courteously and ensure a seamless experience. Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and courteously. Schedule and confirm spa appointments using booking software. Booking of wellness programs a per the Standard Operating Procedure Provide information about Spa services, treatments, pricing, and packages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure timely and smooth service delivery. Manage inventory of SPA desk supplies and other related items. Resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualification & Experience Diploma or Post Graduate in TCM Medical doctor with supportive course in TCM Minimum 3 years of experience Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments by collecting the medical history, performing physical examinations, and analyzing the symptoms of guests Utilize the principles and theories of TCM to diagnose the condition of guests Develop personalized treatment plans based on the unique patterns and needs of guests. This may involve a combination of Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion and other techniques including prescribing Herbal Medication etc. Regularly evaluate the progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plans Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and advancements in TCM

REQUIREMENT Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a recognized Institute Having a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience Strong interpersonal skills Good knowledge about health and hygiene standards Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team.
