Job Description

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or wellness center would be given a preference. However, freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Should be flexible to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the operational requirements.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome all spa guests courteously and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule and confirm spa appointments using booking software.
  • Booking of wellness programs a per the Standard Operating Procedure
  • Provide information about Spa services, treatments, pricing, and packages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
  • Manage inventory of SPA desk supplies and other related items.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management as needed.
