Job Description

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a recognised Institute
  • Having a minimum of 2 plus years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in health and hygiene standards
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes prepared in their section, and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and ensure strict adherence to the HACCP standards
  • Minimize wastage and ensure the efficient utilization of equipment at all times.
  • Maintain optimal par stock levels by accurately managing inventory, placing orders, and retrieving supplies as needed.
  • Ensure, implement and enforce safety procedures, on safe kitchen practices.
  • Control food costs by developing and utilizing SOPs while maintaining high-quality standards.
