REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a recognized Institute
  • Having a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge about health and hygiene standards
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in daily preparation of bakery items as per recipes and set standards.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and ensure strict adherence to the HACCP standards
  • Minimize wastage and always ensure the efficient utilization of equipment.
  • Maintain optimal par stock levels by accurately managing inventory, placing orders, and retrieving supplies as needed.
  • To acknowledge and respond to the guest queries, feedback and requests courteously.
  • To stay updated with market trends and best practices in wellness cuisine.
  • To ensure smooth coordination between other department.
