Real Estate Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and deliver real estate projects with efficiency, accountability, and professionalism. The right candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely and quality-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management with accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure target achievement with a result-oriented and time-driven approach.
• Plan and manage budgets, stock, and purchases effectively.
• Coordinate seamlessly with contractors, vendors, labor teams, site staff, and head office.
• Maintain accurate and updated project data, reports, and documentation.
• Manage and liaise with government bodies, ensuring compliance with laws, approvals, and regulations.
• Foster a competitive and positive working environment at the project site.
• Act as a strong link between the site office and head office.
• Successfully handle 2–3 projects simultaneously.
• Should be able to acquire new projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and liaisoning skills.
• Well-connected with a firm local network.
• Ability to work independently with a comprehensive project management approach.
• Civil engineering knowledge will be an added advantage.
