Real Estate Project Manager

As a Manager of Project Services in the Real Estate Industry for commercial Interior Fitout Projects, your role involves leading the team to manage projects from cost planning to handover. Your responsibilities include: - Developing a Project Execution Plan (PEP) and related documents for effective project planning - Coordinating activities of project consultants to align with schedule and budget - Engaging with internal and external stakeholders for project execution - Managing project procurement and coordination activities, including contractor procurement and equipment sourcing - Preparing master program, project progress reports, and other necessary documentation - Interfacing with clients and consultants at all project stages - Leading project planning and ensuring timely project handover by collaborating with various teams To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management, or Master of Business Administration - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience in budget management and project planning - Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on operations management - Proficiency in project management tools such as MSP - Good MS Office skills for preparing impactful presentations - Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments This position offers you the opportunity to showcase your expertise in project management and strategic leadership within the Real Estate industry.,
