Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to identify opportunities for AI integration. · Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance and scalability. · Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and inference. · Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and continuous improvements. · Implement deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI solutions as needed. · Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and best practices. · Ensure responsible AI development, addressing ethical, fairness, and bias concerns. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus. · 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development (for mid-level roles). · Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). · Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling. · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools. · Familiarity with version control, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in NLP, computer vision, LLMs, or generative AI. · Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow). · Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
