Real Estate Project Manager

As a Manager- Project Services in the Real Estate Industry for commercial Interior Fitout Projects, your role will involve leading the team in managing projects from cost planning to handover. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a Project Execution Plan (PEP) along with supporting documents - Coordinating activities of project consultants to ensure alignment with project schedule and budget - Engaging with project stakeholders both internally and externally - Managing project procurement and coordination activities such as early works, main contractors, and specialist suppliers - Preparation of master programme, project progress reports, and other necessary documentation - Interfacing with clients, consultants, sales team, commercial team, and contractors for timely project handover To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelors Degree in engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Construction Management, Master of Business Administration - Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills - Experience in budget management and Project planning - Strategic thinking and leadership abilities with Consulting experience focusing on operations management - Hands-on experience with project management tools like MSP and proficiency in MS Office for preparing presentations - Proven track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments This role offers a challenging opportunity to drive project success in a dynamic real estate environment.,
