ROLE DESCRIPTION

Reporting to :General Manger

Purpose of the role

• Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of all engineers and contractors of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
• The Ideal Candidate will have a strategic thinking and great organizational skills.
• The Goal will be to ensure the project and allied scopes are delivered on time with zero safety/quality incidents and within assigned budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Client, site staff, Contractors, Consultants and vendors for flawless execution of project.
• Coordination project execution end to end while maintaining best in class construction standards.
• Determine needed resources (Manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Preparing regularly project MIS reports to how case project progress and help needed.
• Providing guidance and support to site team /contractors in implementing effective quality management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.

• Promote and integrate sustainability goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a strong commitment to achieve 100% compliance and ensuring safe project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B. Tech in Civil Engineering with 10-15 years’ experience in Hi Rise Residential Buildings.
• Proven experience as Construction Project Manager in Hi Rise sector.
• Good Knowledge in MS Office.
• Good Communication skills and negotiation skills.
• A Team player with leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
