Position Overview We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, guide them through property purchases or leasing, address their queries, and drive sales to achieve targets. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for real estate sales. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, or digital platforms to understand their property requirements (residential or commercial). Showcase Manbhum’s properties, highlighting features, pricing, and benefits to facilitate informed buying decisions. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, building confidence and trust in the sales process. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from property visits to negotiations and deal closures, ensuring a smooth experience. Build and nurture client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Stay informed about Hyderabad’s real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice. Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives like open houses, property launches, or social media campaigns to boost sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups using company CRM tools. Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or client-facing sales roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals effectively. Knowledge of Hyderabad’s real estate market, including residential and commercial properties. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements Location : Must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Work Arrangement : Full-time, office-based role at our Sites Weekoff : Mid Week Experience : 1-2 years in real estate or sales. Availability : Ability to join immediately. Salary INR 25,000 – 40,000 per month (in-hand), negotiable based on experience, with potential performance-based incentives and commissions.
