Salary: Up to INR 45,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes for real estate properties.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs for facility operations within allocated limits.
• Address resident queries and complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels for projects like Serenity Towers.
• Supervise facility staff (e.g., security guards, cleaners) and conduct regular inspections to uphold property standards.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and maintenance activities for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Hyderabad with strong knowledge of local vendors and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
