Job Description

Senior site Manager required for a full-time position; Residential Commercial works. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations are adhered to. Project Management: Plan and manage construction activities, ensuring resources (materials, manpower, and equipment) are effectively utilized. Quality Control: Ensure high standards of quality for materials, workmanship, and safety procedures on site. Coordination: Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and resolves any issues that arise. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, material usage, and any changes in project scope. Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with legal requirements, building codes, and environmental guidelines. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any construction challenges, providing technical solutions as necessary.
