Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead site operations and ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing on-site construction or fabrication activities, team coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Lead and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, and vendors for smooth operations.
• Oversee resource planning, material management, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct regular site meetings and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Maintain strict quality control procedures and inspection standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as per project nature).
• 5 to 6 years of experience in site/project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of project execution, construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project reporting tools, and site documentation.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Construction, Fabrication, Infrastructure, EPC, or Industrial Projects.
