Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
• Track and manage all incoming acquisition leads from brokers, MLS, direct sellers, and off-market opportunities

• Follow up with brokers, sellers, and attorneys to keep opportunities alive and moving forward
• Maintain and update the CRM/lead pipeline daily
Property Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties and flips under construction
• Coordinate tenant communications, maintenance, and vendor scheduling
• Oversee property repairs, inspections, and compliance with local regulations
• Track income, expenses, and net performance for each property
• Prepare monthly management reports and recommend improvements to increase ROI
Project Management
• Manage entitlement timelines, engineering deliverables, and municipal submissions
• Schedule and attend meetings with town officials, engineers, and attorneys — take detailed notes and track follow-up items
• Coordinate contractor payments, order materials, and monitor job site progress
• Manage construction payments, income, and losses per property to track profitability
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget; flag potential issues early
Administrative & Financial Oversight
• Manage bank ledgers across all company accounts on a daily/weekly basis
• Organize, categorize, and reconcile all transactions (draws, deposits, reimbursements)
• Prepare and maintain deal-specific spreadsheets, cash flows, and pro-formas
• Assist with real estate agent tasks (sending properties to clients, coordinating closings)
⸻
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in real estate, property management, or project management preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills – able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with construction draws, budgets, and scheduling
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (bank reconciliation, income/expense tracking)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – comfortable interfacing with brokers, clients, contractors, and municipal staff
• Self-starter mindset – proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful
⸻
Compensation & Growth
• Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
• Opportunity to grow into a senior project management or acquisitions role
• Direct mentorship from company founders with exposure to all aspects of real estate development
• Hands-on experience in land development, construction, and property operations
⸻
This job is perfect for someone who wants to be in the middle of everything — the deals, the construction sites, the finances — and learn how to run a development company from the inside out.
