Job Description

As a Real Estate Intern at PropEdge Realty, you will gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry by supporting the sales and business development teams. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn about property sales, client handling, and the real estate market.

Reports to:

Business Development Manager / Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with lead gen & follow-ups.
  • Support property research & market analysis.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals & marketing collateral.
  • Attend site visits & client meetings as needed.
  • Maintain CRM & database records.
  • Coordinate internally for smooth ops.
  • Learn property documentation & sales process.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic MS Office & email skills.
  • Ability to work independently & in teams.
  • Interest in real estate is a plus.
