Udyog Sakha is seeking a diligent Law Intern to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in both litigation support and extensive property-related documentation. About the Role: The intern will be involved in a diverse range of tasks, providing a practical understanding of legal and bureaucratic processes. The role is primarily desk-based and focuses on ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Legal Work: Conduct legal research to support case strategy. Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, and other court documents. Help with case preparation and management for the firm's own cases. Property Documentation (Industrial Land Focus): Draft and review various property agreements. Handle paperwork and liaise with government departments such as HSIIDC, HSVP, and Town & Country Planning. Ensure all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently. Perform data recording and manage miscellaneous property-related administrative work. Required Qualifications & Skills: Currently enrolled in an LLB program Excellent drafting skills are a must. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks. Strong interest in property law and documentation. Internship Details: Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
