Legal Intern

Udyog Sakha is seeking a diligent Law Intern to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in both litigation support and extensive property-related documentation.

About the Role:

The intern will be involved in a diverse range of tasks, providing a practical understanding of legal and bureaucratic processes. The role is primarily desk-based and focuses on ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Work

• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, and other court documents.
• Help with case preparation and management for the firm's own cases.

Property Documentation (Industrial Land Focus)

• Draft and review various property agreements.
• Handle paperwork and liaise with government departments such as HSIIDC, HSVP, and Town & Country Planning.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
• Perform data recording and manage miscellaneous property-related administrative work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently enrolled in or completed an LLB program
• Excellent drafting skills are a must.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interest in property law and documentation.

Internship Details:

• Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Type: Full-time, in-office.
• Location: Plot no. 351, Pace City II, Sector 37, Gurgaon.
• Remuneration: Rs. 15,000 per month + performance bonus
