Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Intern located in Sector 49, Gurugram, India. The Real Estate Intern will assist in real estate development projects, support sales activities, provide customer service, and gain exposure to various real property transactions. Day-to-day tasks will include cold calling, market research, client interaction, property evaluation, and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and interest in Real Estate and Real Property
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Understanding of Real Estate Development processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
