Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Intern based in Pune, India. The Real Estate Intern will assist in property management, support real estate transactions, and provide top-tier customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, conducting property visits, assisting in sales presentations, and supporting marketing efforts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of real estate, encompassing both sales and property development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Development processes
• Proficiency in Real Property analysis and handling property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
• Experience or interest in Sales and client engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in local market knowledge, particularly in the Pune/Kharadi area, is an advantage
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
