Role Description

This is an internship role for a Real Estate Intern based on-site in Gurugram. The intern will assist in researching real estate market trends, maintaining property listings, and supporting marketing efforts. They will collaborate with the sales and management teams, participate in client interactions, and help manage documentation processes. The role also involves assisting in property site visits and preparing client proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills to assess market trends and real estate opportunities
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication for client interactions and documentation
• Good understanding of marketing strategies and creative problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles and practices is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
