Location: Gurugram


Experience: 6–8 years (Real Estate Sales & Mid-Level Leadership)


CTC: Upto 15 LPA


Working days: 6 days working

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented General Manager (GM) – Real Estate Sales to oversee and strengthen our mid-level sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, optimizing sales funnels, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting leadership in revenue planning. This role requires sound real estate market knowledge, sharp business acumen, and people management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets

·        Develop and execute strategies for lead conversion, client engagement, and project promotions

·        Support end-to-end sales processes: from lead generation to closure and documentation

·        Build and sustain relationships with channel partners, developers, and investors

·        Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure quality customer acquisition and service

·        Track team performance, provide coaching and performance feedback regularly

·        Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and project briefings

·        Analyze sales metrics and market feedback to identify growth opportunities

·        Report sales forecasts and key developments to senior management


Requirements:

·        Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (MBA preferred)

·        6–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role

·        Strong command over the Gurgaon/NCR property market and real estate client expectations

·        Demonstrated success in achieving individual and team sales targets

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

·        Familiar with CRM tools, lead management platforms, and digital marketing techniques

·        Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of driving performance in a fast-paced environment
