Role Summary

Our Govt Client is seeks a highly experienced Consultant (Estate) to manage and optimize its real estate portfolio across India. The role covers estate management, strategic advisory, project planning, financial structuring, legal coordination, procurement, and stakeholder engagement to enhance asset value and utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, documentation, and monitoring of estate assets.
• Conduct title due diligence, property assessments, and ensure compliance for commercial and industrial properties
• Advise on development strategy, highest/best use (Rental evaluation & forecast), and monetization models (PPP, JV, lease).
• Draft and manage tendering and procurement processes in line with policy guidelines.
• Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and government authorities for approvals/dispute resolution.
• Prepare DPRs, feasibility reports, financial models, and market assessments (Irrelevance with GFR).
• Liaise with Central/State authorities and agencies for estate-related initiatives.
• Monitor and report progress through dashboards and presentations.
• Oversight & Support project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Graduation/Postgraduate in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related fields or equivalent to MBA
• 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience in estate management, real estate advisory, or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, compliance, PPP models, and financial structuring.
• Proven ability to engage with government bodies, developers, and investors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
