Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Infrastructure Management, or MBA desirable. Law/Architecture qualifications are an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in estate/infrastructure management, real estate consultancy, DPR preparation, tendering, and project execution. Experience in Agri-infrastructure, Agri-processing, public sector, or cooperative projects is highly preferred. Age: Not exceeding 50 years. Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in drafting EOIs, RFPs, BOQs, and managing tender processes, including GeM/CPPP. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, PPP frameworks, EPC contracts, and estate monetization models. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and digital estate management tools. The role covers estate management, strategic advisory, project planning, financial structuring, legal coordination, procurement, and stakeholder engagement to enhance asset value and utilization. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory, documentation, and monitoring of estate assets. Conduct title due diligence, property assessments, and ensure compliance for commercial and industrial properties Advise on development strategy, highest/best use (Rental evaluation & forecast), and monetization models (PPP, JV, lease). Draft and manage tendering and procurement processes in line with policy guidelines. Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and government authorities for approvals/dispute resolution.
