Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Analyst. The Analyst will analyze and underwrite USA Multifamily and single-family real estate properties, conduct due diligence, evaluate financial data and investments, and create pitch decks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of work experience in the US Commercial Real Estate Sector
• Expertise in Multifamily Deal Underwriting for Development & Acquisitions
• Deal sourcing through broker platforms would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial data and analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

Skills Required:

·      Advanced Excel

·      CoStar

·      Familiarity with other Real estate software, such as Yardi, Argus, will be a plus.
