• Analysing

  residential and commercial property deals

• Reviewing

  floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs

  , and other key documents
• Calculating key figures:

  ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV

• Using and maintaining our

  deal analysis spreadsheet tools

• Producing written deal summaries with

  go/no-go recommendations

• Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
• Taking

  ownership

  of your analysis — your calls matter
• Listening to feedback and

  improving with every deal you review

• Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

🎯 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are

  fluent in English

  (written and spoken)
• Love working with

  numbers, logic, and structured thinking

• Have experience in

  property, finance, or detailed analysis work

• Understand terms like

  yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.

• Are

  meticulous

  — you check your work
