Analyze APF reports to assess project viability, risks, and compliance parameters. Conduct detailed research on real estate market data, including property trends, pricing, demand–supply dynamics, and project performance. Collect, verify, and interpret data from internal and external sources related to real estate projects. Prepare analytical reports, summaries, and presentations for management review. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Maintain proper documentation and records related to APF and research reports. Support management with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
